  • Superior shape control and consistent flatness, a special feature of our 4 Hi / Mill.
  • Excellent surface quality.
  • Close thickness tolerance with non contact radio active gauges.
  • Wide range of grades from full hard to non ageing extra deep drawing.
  • Medium & High carbon special steel.
  • Custom built thickness and width combination to minimise wastage at customers end.
  • Choice of surface finish Matt/ Bright.

Product Testing & Quality Assurance
The quality department is fully equipped with following equipments to carry out variety of test required.

  • Rockwell Hardness Tester and Vickers Hardness Tester.
  • Universal Tensile Testing machine.
  • Erichsen Cupping Tester.
  • Fully equipped quality laboratory for chemical properties.
  • Bend Testing Machine.

All finished products are tested for various quality parameters like hardness, tensile strength, elongation, Erichson value and only those that meet the required specifications are dispatched to customers with proper packing in polythene and HDPE/ hessian cloth wrapping / wooden pallets after applying rust preventive oil.

The coil number and other details are marked clearly with stickers on the coil.
